Sometimes known as conscious dreaming, lucid dreaming is the art of keeping self aware and knowing that one is dreaming while in a dream. This is a true metaphysical power, this power over your own lucid dreams actions and events. Instead of things being done to you, you are the star, and the writer, of the story, and you can use this power to help bring about great changes in your own waking life.
However, is it really that easy to have lucid dreams? Can anyone experience lucid dreaming and reap the benefits?
You can easily practice lucid dreaming. Many studies prove that you have the ability to do this, if you commit yourself to learning how to harness this powerful medium while expressing your inner desires.
You need to know what you hope to achieve through lucid dreaming. Are you after something specific which can help you with other areas of your life, or do you just want to turn your dreams into a playpen of the imagination?
